An In-house Die-shop equips us for fabricating all types of dies and tooling, using machines such as: Heavy Duty Lathe Machines, Heavy Duty Pillar Drilling Machines etc.
Raw Materials
Materials is procured from reputable approved Steel Mills .Raw material incoming from the approved steel mills, distributors and traders are kept in the stock yard under 100% visual examination. Chemical, metallurgical and physical testing is also carried out as per standard or instruction of the customers product specification. Materials of different types are stored separately with color codes marked, to facilitate full traceability and avoid material mix-ups.
Cutting
Most cutting of raw material is done with the help of Band-Saw Machines. Color codes are marked on Cut pieces and are stacked separately with a Banner fixed over each stack so as to identify the materials grade and also the final product to which they are meant for.
Dies and Tooling
An In-house Die-shop equips us for fabricating all types of dies and tooling, using machines such as: Heavy Duty Lathe Machines, Heavy Duty Pillar Drilling Machines, Milling Machine, Shaping Machine etc.
Heating
Cut pieces are heated in Pusher type Induction Furnace with various capacity fitted with Temperature Controller. And also in conventional pusher type oil fired furnace.
Forging
The process of forging is carried out on Ring Rolling & Hydraulic Power Presses of various capacities. And also forging is carried by Hammer Machine With 2 Ton Capacity.
The finished product through this process is much more reliable for strength and quality.
Machining & Finishing
The process of machining and finishing is carried out on CNC machine, VMC Machine, Hobbing Machine. This in house facility helps us to deliver the goods to the customer in scheduled time and as per their drawings and requirements.
Inspection
The inspection is done with various instruments like CMM of ZEISS, Air Gauge, Digital Vernier Caliper, Micrometer & etc.
Laboratory
The testing is carried out by Spectrometer, Microscope, Rockwell Hardness Tester, Brinell Hardness & Universal Testing Machine.
